The FDTC series offers one of the most compact ceiling cassette designs on the market.
With a modern yet discreet design, our ceiling cassettes are designed to be easily integrated into any commercial space.
The award winning FDT range, which features new draft control technology and individual louvre control, eliminates uncomfortable draughts and ensures every corner of the room is kept at an optical temperature.
Measuring only 270mm in height and weighing just 16.5kg.
Combined with the built-in 600mm drain pump, this allows for a convenient and flexible installation.
The Clean Air Function traps and removes air borne dust and allergens.
FDTC allows you to set the direction of each individual louvre, this provides users with a personalised experience and healthy indoor air quality.

New to the Australian and New Zealand market. MHI’s Draught Control Technology utilises 4 specially designed louvres. These louvres direct airflow horizontally along the ceiling. Dispensing evenly within the room.
By controlling the airflow, these louvres, are individually controlled via the touch-screen controller. Eliminate uncomfortable and annoying draughts. Ensure every corner of the room is kept at the perfect temperature.
Optional Motion Sensor. The new optional motion sensor regulates temperature settings.
Temperatures are set according to the level of human activity detected in the room.
This enables energy saving mode when the human activity is low and will automatically turn the unit off when no activity is detected for 12 hours.

Set Temperature Auto Return
Program a preferred set temperature that the unit will return to each time it is switched on. Note: can only be enabled using the RC-EX3 wired controller.
Home Leave Operation
This function ensures that when the room is unoccupied for long periods of time, the unit will maintain a moderate indoor temperature, avoiding extremely hot or cool temperatures and damage. Note: can only be enabled using the RC-EX3 wired controller.
Louvre Control System
Set the upper and lower limit positions of each individual louvre, providing you with complete control over internal airflow.
Peak Cut Timer
Set the capacity limit during certain periods of the day, minimising energy consumption during peak billing times, thus reducing operation costs. Note: can only be enabled using the RC-EX3 wired controller
Silent Operation
Set periods of time where the unit will operate with reduced noise levels, perfect for night time and an uninterrupted sleep.
Sleep Timer
Set a pre-determined amount of time between 30 and 240 mins that your unit will operate for before switching off.
