The PGA-LS10 Photoelectric Point Sensor with sensor check and PGA-LS20 and PGA-LS30 Fibre-Optic Sensors with sensor check. The sensors can be used together, in any combination.

PGA-LS10 Point Sensor

The arc detecting point sensor PGA LS10 is installed in switchboards in such a way that it has a line-of-sight to all powered connections, where an arc can develop. Typically, each compartment will have one or two sensors. The sensor is able to detect light from all angles in front of it due to the specially shaped cylindrical lens on the front of the sensor. The detection radius is dependent on the arc power.

PGA-LS20 Fibre-Optic Sensor

The arc detecting fibre sensor PGA-LS20 (8 m active; 10 m total) is built to detect arcs along its entire length. It is meant to be installed with the fibre along the back wall of switchboards, covering all compartments with just one sensor. The sensor must be installed in such a way that it has a line-of-sight to all powered connections, where an arc could develop. The sensor is able to detect light from all angles around it. 

PGA-LS30 Fibre-Optic Sensor

The arc detecting fibre sensor PGA LS30 (18 m active; 20 m total) is built to detect arcs along its entire length. It is meant to be installed with the fibre along the back wall of switchboards, covering all compartments with just one sensor. The sensor must be installed in such a way that it has a line-of-sight to all powered connections, where an arc could develop. The sensor is able to detect light from all angles around it.
