Variable Speed DC KBMM Control
KBMM Full-wave, variable speed dc Motor Control, contains a unique, super fast Direct-Fed current limit circuit that helps to protect the SCR power bridge against direct shorts at the motor. The KBMM is also fitted with the plug in horsepower resistor and has features such as selectable armature or tacho feedback and adjustment trimpots for min. speed, max. speed, IR comp, CL and linear accel and decel.
The KBMM Circuitry also includes Auto Inhibit, which eliminates surging during rapid ac line switching, pulse transformer triggering which provides clogless operation at low speed under no load conditions; and superior noise rejection which eliminates false starts and blown SCR’s
KBMM-125 (9449) DC Drives, Chassis
The KBMM-125 is an adjustable speed DC Drive. It will control motors between 1/100-3/4 HP (1.5 HP w/aux. Heat-sink) by inserting the proper Plug-in Horsepower Resistor. The KBMM-125 motor speed control is designed for 90 VDC PM and Shunt motors. Speed range is 50:1 with load regulation of 1%. Features include: AC Line fuse and Armature Fuse holder, Auto Inhibit, Voltage Following, MOV transient protection, 5K speed pot and trimpot adjustments for Min, Max, Accel, Decel, IR and CL. Options include Auxiliary heat sink, Barrier Terminal Board, RFI/EMI filters and Signal Isolation (model SI-6). UL, CSA, CE, C-tick. (CCC pending) Patented. Dimensions: 4.30" x 3.60" x 1.30"
KBMM-225D (9451) DC Drives, Chassis
The KBMM-225D is a 115/230 VAC rated 12 Amps RMS @ 45C. The control is designed for 90 and 180 VDC PM and Shunt motors. It will control motors between 1/100-1.5 HP (3.0 HP w/aux. Heat sink) by inserting the proper Plug-in Horsepower Resistor. Speed range is 50:1 with load regulation of 1%.
